-You will be asked to sign a waiver and to provide an email address for us to contact you in the event of a schedule change or to update you of events at the studio.
-Plan to arrive 5 to 15 minutes before class starts. In the event you are late for the beginning of class, enter the studio and set up quietly, being mindful of those around you.
-Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and plan to practice barefoot or in socks.
-Bring water and a yoga mat (there are studio mats for you to borrow until you buy your own.)
-You may pay using cash or personal check.
-Turn off the ringer on your cell phone.
-The studio is a sacred space. Please do not wear shoes in the practice area.
-Let the teacher know of any current physical limitations or special circumstances which may limit your participation.
